I had purchased Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0 some years ago and have now been forced to migrate to a new PC. When I now follow the instructions of the Adobe-Website (deinstall all CR2 and Adobe-products, download the exe-file and enter the rgistration code from the website), I remain without success: Upon starting Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0 on the new computer, the following
message appears:
The Adobe Helpline was just a line, but no HELPline, as they mentioned in a astonishing arrogant way that the product is seven years old and they don't support ist. From my point of view, being a professional writer, I just can't afford to pay another 650 Euros for a Adobe Acrobat Professional 11.0.
Can someone help me, please?
