attach page contents combining different a/b sides

hey!
i have a problem with layout i'd like to discuss with someone who is familiar with layout settings.

i'm making a book wich has always the text on the outside and the pictures on the inside of an opened double page.

I want to insert or delete single pages, having all the contents attached sothat they will be in the right position when

they change from a to b or b to a side.

can you help me out with that?

i think i could explain it better in german... are u german?
